Put a plus minus rating for crucible. This way noobz will realise that it doesn't natter if you got 900 points if you gave the other team 2000. In other words, reward players for higher k/d ratio rather than just points for kills. Sick of all these noobz doing suicide missions just so they can try and get a few more points even if they give the other team more points and cause my team to lose.
