Whenever i turn off my Xbox One with Destiny on and turn it off and then turn it on again, Destiny does not load. It keeps me in the loading screen for hours. Please fix.

try hitting start and exiting destiny first then do a hard reset, that's what I do. Destiny's servers and Xbox Live have been having issues with booting players and mic issues lately thou I noticed.
