One of the fastest Spartans, lone wolf, uses a knife, has a cloak in the picture above, uses plasma grenades, the equivalent to the first unlocked grenade in the blade dancer subclass. Need I continue?

Titans have the same grenade on the defender class. It is called magnetic grenade, also the bubble from defender is similar to a spartans drop shield

The active camo is actually from the elites, so I would agree that the arbiter is a hunter, but chief would be a Titan
