Tried to ignore her; I lasted two weeks. Everyone in school got pissed at me for "ignoring my best friend" and wouldn't stop bugging me in the hallways. They'd spam my messages saying for me to start talking to her again. I shrugged them off until she came to school in crutches. Any tips on how to fully move on? BTW her bday is in 6 minutes (11:54 PST rn.) [spoiler]I'm really soft.[/spoiler]

Not bothering isn't the same as plain ignoring her. Go to her party (if she is having one) and wish her a happy birthday. Treat her like a friend and don't bother with trying to make her anything more than that. Just move on emotionally. Don't go looking for someone to date immediately. Wait for a few months.
