If they were serious about it, and actually tried it, they'd hit heavy population centers. Quebec City, Ottawa, Victoria, Calgary. Between those four major population points, everything else is small and the distance is too big to cover. I hope they don't. But they have another ball game if they're trying to do any lasting damage to Canada. Our entire country, in any sort of war or major conflict, would be good at guerrilla warfare because of the distance between everything, and the extreme colds across the majority of the country. Hope ISIS fighters are used to being freezy pops!
