The Cabal Raid, I think, is going to be the hardest but most fun Raid, I just have that feeling :) Also, I have a theory that The Fallen Raid is going to be set up into 4 sections. You complete one section on the given difficulty to unlock the second difficulty, then third and then fourth, that way the game FORCES everyone to complete each set of difficulty to be able to unlock the next difficulty, each section drops raid gear to get to the next level, therefore you'd be levelling that up, go to the next difficulty, get raid gear from that, and rinse and repeat, that way everyone doesn't skip to the latter difficulty because it would require you to have the Raid gear from previous. This way it'll take longer and keep us busy til September. Let me know what you guys think, add other stuff to this idea if you like :)
