My advice would be just to force yourself to stop checking her social media to help get her out of your mind. It's out of sight, out of mind. As long as you keep checking on her you won't get over her that easy. If you can't or won't be with her you just need to give up and focus on something else. Perhaps try looking for another woman you might be interested in or find someone who could interest you.
