Right, so a little moan...
I started the nightfall with two level 32s yesterday using my level 28 Titan after being invited due to them getting sent to orbit 4 times (which is a little pathetic for level 32s) now I am not going to lie, I got around 90 assists and only 50 kills to each of their 100+ kills but there were a handful of occasions (lets say between 5 and 7) that I ended up being the last guardian and having to revive them both (due to their non-tactical gameplay) so although i didn't have the biggest part within the fireteam I would like to think that we can all agree if my little level 28 titan wasn't there, then again they would have returned to orbit.
Now this wouldn't have usually bothered me but I needed to do the nightfall with this character and I put in over an hour trying to do so with these guys when just before Omnigul was about to be killed (after her last scream and once the wave of hive had been killed) I was removed from the fireteam, a little harsh we can all agree.
Now I am sure this has happened on many occasions to many people but I just think Bungie need to patch this so the fireteam leader cannot remove anyone after they have reached to "big boss" stage, I know people are going to say "what if they leave and they are inactive?" or "what if they are so terrible at the game it makes it harder for the fireteam?" my answer to that would be a 2 min inactivity boot and you got this far with this useless teammate, pick better allies next time. Also, people are going to say "what about people who join the fireteam just before we complete it and we can't boot them so they get rewarded for our hard work?" my answer, like the cutoff for booting, have the same cutoff for joining.
Agree?

Happened to me on a Heroic. Had ran a Nightfall with two guys, then we started the weekly. When Omni was about dead, I got kicked so their clanmate could join. No warning at all.
