Bungie can't always just buff crap guns to do aswell as the other because the overall time to I'll would increase and it would ruin crucible... They have thoroughly explained this before

Yeah, they can't ALWAYS buff crap guns, hence the large nerf to a lot of things in the last patch.... So.....
