Master Chief is a Spartan. Your argument is invalid.
That being said if he was in the Destiny universe he would be a mix of all 3. He was genetically engineered to be highly intelligent (Warlock), light on his feet (Hunter) and incredibly strong (Titan).

Actually, Warlocks don't seem to be overly intelligent. Or at least the ones I've met. Lots of book smarts, never any real life smarts.
