Caedis Fraternitatem is a clan organized on a hierarchical system, in which the founder will select a lead administrator. Collectively, they will select the council members, from which clan authority is derived [b]Founder[/b] - thadbone [b]Lead Administator[/b] - x305xCuban [b]The Council:[/b] The council is comprised of seven (7) members and represents the authority of the clan. Members of the council will include the founder, the lead administrator, as well as five (5) additional clan members. The founder and lead administrator will appoint, and may remove, the remaining council members. All decisions, including those that reflect the rules, organization, gameplay, and recruitment/banning, will be decided by the council. In order for a decision to pass, a minimum of five votes, of which one must be from the founder or lead administrator, are required. [u]Current Council Members[/u] - thadbone (founder) - x305xCuban (lead admin) - juicyjjuice - SiCKJaYmAn - tallahasee77 - MikeCoc1987 - SIRTITO31 [b]Drill Sergeant:[/b] The drill sergeant will be responsible for performing recruitment tryouts. It is the responsibility of the drill sergeant to report the the gameplay strengths and weaknesses to the council. The drill sergeant position will be a floating position that any member of the council may fill at any time. A veteran clan member, under the approval of the council, may also host a sanctioned tryout. [b]Veteran Member:[/b] Only a veteran member may bear the mark of the clan tag. All veteran members must be approved of by the council after a sanctioned tryout. Veteran members are allowed to participate in all clan activities. Under unique circumstances, a veteran member may be required to fill the role of a council member. [b]The Recruiting process:[/b] All recruits looking for Veteran Membership to Caedis Fraternitatem must be sponsored by a current member as a guest. Current veteran members must report all new guests they are sponsoring to the council. If a recruit does not know a current member, he/she may submit a request to any member the council to become a guest. All guests must have a minimum of 3 days game play with their sponsor to determine if their skill set is beneficial to the clan. After the initial testing period, a guest may submit a request to the council for tryout. After conference with the sponsor, the council may accept or deny this request. If accepted, the appointed Drill Sergeant will perform the tryout. Following the tryout, the council will convene, and the guest will be notified of their decision. If a guest [b]PASSES[/b] the tryout, he/she will promoted to a Veteran Member. If a guest [b]FAILS[/b] a tryout, he/she will be allowed to request a second tryout no sooner that one week following the failed attempt. If a guest fails the tryout for a second time, he/she will not be allowed a third. *Council Members may request immediate acceptance of Veteran Membership for guests which they sponsor, whom they believe will be an immediate asset to Caedis Fraternitatem. This request may be accepted, and Veteran Membership granted, upon the approval of the Founder and Lead Administrator without the need of a guest tryout.
