I picked up the ghost early on, maybe September or October. Or I should say, I'm almost certain I picked it up, that was a while ago. But I can say with absolute certainty it is not where it should be. I've tried checking when I make a new character just to verify. I've gone in with friends that didn't have it and they can pick it up no problem. I've even tried staring where it should be and holding square, just to see if maybe it's invisible; still no luck.
