No one's guardian deserves the Gjallarhorn because none of us tool part in the Twilight gap, now what?

Maybe we did. You don't know what we did before dinklebot revived us. Maybe we have amnesia and don't remember fighting at the twilight gap :P

Then if we are all survivors then why don't we all have it? implying that only some guardians were survivors and others were not is a strong point. how would one become one that was rewarded for it before dying. This makes the game unequal right from the beginning.

Maybe we died during the battle and they never found our bodies...

But it was only awarded to those who survived... Meaning anyone who died during the battle didn't qualifie to be given this item. Regardless if bodies were found or not.
