Yea I got him to ssj once but didn't really try the rest of time. Is it rng or I have to kill him in order to get it? I got kaioken x3 but took me like 5 times defeating him in that form to get it

It's rng but the win conditions say defeat goku and Krillin defeat Krillin before goku and defeat super saiyan goku but if you want the easy way and I think you beat the cell saga you can buy it from the skill shop.
