Of course.
Halo was fired from the Ark. After reseeding the galaxy of all life, the surviving Forerunners went on the Great Journey, a seemingly self-imposed exile.
Will though be in Halo 5? Probably not.

Well, what do u think about that Forerunner Phaeton Gunship set from Mega Bloks that was revealed recently? It comes with a Forerunner figure that looks very humanoid.

lol! Me too. It looks pretty interesting. Maybe it's a "pilot" variant exclusively used for the Forerunner vehicles.

Wouldn't make much sense. Why not just put the composed essence into the vehicle itself rather than into a separate body. Some people think it's the Didact. However, the fact that two of these figures were present, one in white, one in black, seem to suggest otherwise.
