The more impact the better and Bodger the Badger is doing the damage like no other. I found one with explosion rounds and I'm happy with it, but when I need that extra dose of impact I switch to custom optics. I've used a fair few scout rifles and although I enjoy a quicker rate of fire that can almost keep up with a Suros. The higher impact is something I will always choose over fire rate.
