Before you #gaming me, I'd just like to post here since I'm more comfortable here, I'll move the post of too many are complain.
I've been gaming even since I was little, around four of so, playing my gameboy, and playstation, I'd verse my dad at racing games see who could get the fastest lap times. Spending hours of time with him laughing and getting along. When I got older but still fairly young, I'd go to my friends house and play halo 3 with them split screen, usually slayer and infection, with some campaign. It was and always will be my favourite memories, I was listening to the halo 3 OST when I remember all these times and how much gaming has changed. It's no longer a social thing, I know there's online but it's not the same as sitting on the sofa with chips and some drinks, but not only has the social side changed the developers of these games are no longer making games with the players in mind, games like halo, cod and battlefield are no longer what they use to be. With overpriced half finished, sometimes almost copy pasted games usually with micro transactions added in. I'm scared of what has happened in nearly half a decade. I'm certain now if you look back on your favourite memories of gaming as a child have changed with this new generation, kids at as young as 5 aren't using gaming the way we used to now it's all drama and swearing instead of fun and laughter, sure it's still fun but it's not the same and I doubt it ever will be...

You should be scared of the gaming industry's present. The future is now.
