If you look up your missing Grimoire on destinytracker,com, it's pretty self explanatory. For example: Last Word 3 is a Ghost fragment card. Every ghost card begins with "ghost fragment." To find all the ghosts go to The link above regarding ghosts. I don't know of a complete checklist available. If you find one, please let me know.
