Juggler
Can anyone from Bungie confirm that Juggler disables your ammo from refilling when you are completely out? Sources to official information also welcome.

1 ReplyIt does, at least I have 27 friends saying it does in about 254 cases. After all, juggler is meant to stop easy ammo recovery.
