Xur Coincidence
Is it just me, or does it seem like xur selling Universal Remote the same week shotgun damage was buffed is more than just coincidence?

I think when people say Xur is random we all get lost in the actual translation, why I mean is I do believe Xur is random but to a degree in that he is controlled by a set list and what is given each week on that list is the random part.
