Titans don't have to be sneaky, they jus smash. Chief without his armor, what do you get? A Warlock? No he doesn't have magic. A Titan? Well he's strong, but not overly panicky. A Hunter? Well he does like being alone and doesn't like talking to people. I'm willing to say that Chief is half Titan and half Hunter, but no more than that, and he has nothing in common with warlocks.
