(hands over aura stabilizer) use this why to meditate tog et it back when you can have a charm to do it

The charm will help a little but meditation makes it better Getting it back too fast could make my energy weaker i would use it up faster instead of having the energy come bakc little by little but stronger than when it comes back all at once and i think that too much energy at once would make me go crazy I need rest after that battle
