Crota on normal is the best way to get this. I finally got it last night.
You need a team that communicates well and a but of patients. There's no need to rush any off it.
Also on the abyss section at the start. When you get to the bridge it sometimes says guardian down. Just ignore it and carry on. The trophy still popped.

I can't at the moment but don't mind helping out another time if you need. The hardest bit is the first bit. Just reset the raid if you don't get it.
