400 strikes with one exotic drop? Are you sure you've actually done that many or are you just assuming? after about 150 strikes you should be getting one every 50 strikes on average.

also around 300 crucible and I've never even got a legendary from them. idk exact numbers I may have more in both but I've deleted characters and also use two accounts now. I might have 500 strikes actually. the game is really aggravating when it comes to the loot system. the only thing that has been nice to me has been CE and atheon kills.

I've done plenty of them and never received anything great, 2 legendary ships and that's it.

Not trying to be rude but you haven't even done 100, plenty isn't enough for exotics. Like I said you won't even start getting exotics until after about 150 strikes, then you'll start getting them about every 50. I've done almost 400 on my warlock and have gotten 5 exotics, roughly one every 50 after completing 150 to start.

Trust me I feel you, 80 strikes from a 6-8 strike playlist feels like 1000. Raids are much more effective at getting exotics, I didn't have many people to raid with until recently so I grinded ROC heavily to get exotics. Occasionally I'll do strikes for an hour or so, but its a monotonous task grinding ROC for exotics.

I don't have a regular group to raid with either so I just stick to doing whatever feels fun at the time. Normally crucible or bounty crushing with nightfalls and heroics thrown in. I get invited to do a raid with a group of people I know but normally they have a full 6 so I haven't experienced the exotic power of raids, I have received Monte Carlo from deathsingers and atheon and that is it.
