Is that why Darth was able to beat Obi-Wan in A New Hope? They were both on neutral ground so Obi couldn't utilize the high ground. Major props to Vader if he thought this through beforehand.

Obi-wan let Vader kill him.

Obi-wan conceded defeat when we realized he wasn't on the high ground.

Of course Vader thought this through. He stormed out of the officer's meeting think to himself, "I must lure him away from the high ground!"
