I like the name dark heart from that other guy. as for the perks function to precision shots turns the shot enemy against its allies

Or maybe two for tier 1 enemies and five for tier 2. And only stuns tier 3

Maybeee Dark heart: kills will randomly either heal u or instantly reload the magazine (slight damage boost)???
