EDIT: It's a one-hit to Oracles on hard and it's a very rare drop; more rare than an exotic in the chest.
EDIT: Don't argue about it being a one-hit on hard or not. just say you have the wonderful, one-hitting, trophy, fusion rifle.

I don't get why people look up to this weapon as hard to get. I've gotten like 3. I feel like its just another normal raid weapon.
