EDIT: It's a one-hit to Oracles on hard and it's a very rare drop; more rare than an exotic in the chest.
EDIT: Don't argue about it being a one-hit on hard or not. just say you have the wonderful, one-hitting, trophy, fusion rifle.

1 ReplyEffective as it is at killing oracles, I still prefer to use super good advice on oracles and black hammer on Atheon. For those who don't know, oracles do not count as hits, and with the super good advice perk, you can unload a constant stream on them and the detainment shield. Very useful. I beat Atheon starting with 13 bullets in the magazine once, was down to 2 when he was killed.

1 ReplyIve got it. It took me a ooooong time to get. Been playing since day 1 and according to this app ive completed vog 48 times. Ive only ha 1 pratorean foil drop in that time.
