Edit great so far guys. I'm gonna have to ban the Death Star though. Why? 1 it's a superweapon and 2 it's technically a space station. Keep the answers coming!

I would have to choose a Retribution-class Battleship from the 40k universe, as far as I'm concerned you can't go wrong with any ship thats 6-8km long and has enough firepower to level a planet with ease.

The unsc infinity. Somewhat uncommon answer. My second choice was the ship that Boros from one punch man used to attack earth with. Slightly resembles the ship that you have to fight your way through on chrono trigger. But a lot bigger.
