It one hits sometimes...I dont understand how sometimes oracles are a one or two hit(and change)
Assuming I hit all shots on target in a 6 man raid.

I believe oracles get stronger over time so its ohk only if you hit it as it spawns

Test it out. Sometimes (first timed vengeance) itll ohko, sometimes 2. I get that they become stronger. Its just inconsistant. I have almost 100 VoG clears by the way so im not pulling this out of my butt.
