It'a a real problem, I don't have kids but I have the OH that doesn't 'get' Destiny so have to make sure that we've done something together first. Have dinner, watch something on tv, have a bit of a chat about the day then disappear upstairs for a few hours while he watches something I don't like. Doesn't always work but I manage to get a few hours in a couple of nights a week.
