I always make sure the wife is okay with me being on Destiny for a couple of hours after that kids go bed (that's not pussywhipped, it's called respect.lol). 99.9 percent of the time she is, and at least half that time we'll share the controller for Crucible. She puts me to shame usually. Trying to get my daughter into it so she can join me in a fireteam on her 360. Getting it for my son on PS4 soon. So I'm working on making Destiny a family activity.
In response to Seany, us dads aren't whinging. It's actually a healthy thing for an individual parent to have a bit of 'Me' time each day. Being a dad is hard work at times, and as my wife puts it, She loves the fact that I would rather stay at home on Destiny with her and the kids than be out boozing it up at the pub.
