I hear ya. I've never really slept much, so I've always been able to function on smaller amounts of sleep. However I have thought about the effects on my metabolism, because I can eat very little and hit the gym a few times a week and still not make any real losses. In the past I was able to drop a few stone easily, but now it's really hard.
