I have a 2 and 6 year old. I usually just wait till they go to bed to play or just work on bounties so if I need to stop to take care of something real world it's no big deal.
My oldest is into games now(Minecraft) sometimes I'll let him run around on the cosmodrome.
Luckily my wife gets the can't pause thing.
