I use the comparability app. When you click the button at the top left of the app. It'll open up a menu, and will show Grimoire. This will show you different categories. If you go into one of these categories (Weapons for example), it will show you what you have acquired, and what you need to get. Otherwise, you can follow the instructions above under "What Grimoire am I missing?" to see what you're missing. : )
