Do PQ 2 - beat all 3 of them in a minute or less - keep hitting retry if you don't get "key item" and try using more combos/supers/transformations and less ultimates. I've been playing for 8-10 hours and within that time I got all 7 balls, made a wish (SSJ4 Gogeta) , and need one more (5 star) to make my second wish. Edit: Funny, just did it the PQ and got the 5 star ball on my first try lol. One ultimate, one super, combos, under a minute. Not 100% sure, but things like that may increase your chances.
