Please explain parallel quests? Been doing them for awhile but only the 1 star and 2 star say cleared but the others do not. I have finished the 3 and 4 star quest but it does not say cleared. Thoughts please and thank you

Throughout beating the main story you will unlock certain DBZ characters that will be around the tower that will give you the missing quest, guildo, Gohan, Broly, 17, trunks, Goten, ect.
