Pulse rifle??? Do you mean fusion rifle?

No. I had the multiple element idea with a pulse rifle but didn't get to share it. Basically since there are three shots in a pulse rifle and three elements, each bullet in the burst will fire a different element. The rifle would be called skittles and the perk would be called taste the rainbow. Ha ha
