We have a short Filipino "Sheriff" on campus who gets kids in trouble for loitering near their vehicles at lunch, if that's what you're referring to.

Yeah, we had a half dozen armed, off duty police at all times. Plus, the window glass was two centimeter thick panes of bullet resistant material with small wire in the middle. And this was in Iowa, people. I guess it's like schools that didn't have locks in the lockers...
