Greeting fellow Floodians! I have a cereal question and I want your 2 cents.
Hypothetically speaking, you and your gf break up, yet your "best" friend still talks/texts to your now ex.
How would you feel and how would you deal with this?
Been contemplating on asking The Flood this because: ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
-
Well firstly, do you have an issue with that? If so, does your mate know you have an issue with that? And if he does, why the hell haven't you had a go at him for it?
-
how did I ever be in a relationship and have a friend?
-
Did it end on good terms? Who broke up with who? Does your friend know how you feel about the break up and most importantly, was she a major b1tch so you're trying to protect your friend from her?
-
Give me more details. I can't formulate an opinion without more hypothetical info. How long did this hypothetical relationship last? Why did it hypothetically end? Was it a chaotic/violent hypothetical breakup, or was it mutual? What kind of hypothetical texts/talks are we talking about here- is it friendly conversation, or is he trying to get with her? How long ago was this hypothetical breakup? How hot is this hypothetical ex-girlfriend? What was the hypothetical relationship between this friend and the girl before the hypothetical relationship started? In general, though, I'd have to say if they were friends before you started dating, then its perfectly fine for them to still be friends. Only assholes make people choose between one friend and another. Other than that, I'd need the aforementioned hypothetical details before I can formulate a conclusion.

He wouldn't be my friend anymore.
-
Let your ex and friend get together, then crash them having sex and force them to let you join their threesome
-
Beat his ass.
-
Kill them both.
-
That depends on if I have feelings for her or not. I wouldn't let it bother me anyway.
-
I told my best friend to -blam!- my ex wife. And hit the wrong hole ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
-
Meh. His decision.
-
Simply smirk, walk on, and realize that love and attachment are weaknesses. Get rid of them both.
-
Step 1. Watch helplessly as they both grow close and get together Step 2. Let the bitterness and anger boil up inside you for a few years Step 3. Realize you still love her Step 4. Challenge your friend to a duel to death for her affection Step 5. Kill friend and win duel Step 6. Let the feelings of guild and shame dawn upon you then live an unfulfilling life

I say let him talk to her but if he touches her he has broken bro code. He loses his man card and is to be shunned by all of us.

Edited by Masque of Night: 3/5/2015 5:07:56 AM*shrugs* An ex is always an ex for a reason. He wants her, he can have her, as long as he treats her right. It's selfish to let personal emotional hang-ups get in the way of a possible happy and healthy relationship to be.
-
That's a tricky one...

Edited by thehomless: 3/5/2015 5:02:34 AMIt ducks but move on Lol I meant it sucks
-
It's pretty obvious that you're still in high school so the first thing you should understand is that your problems are stupid and that nothing you think is important actually matters, so just get over it you baby.

Oh. I thought this was a question about Cheerios.
