The Normandy SR2 from Mass Effect. Maybe the Cabal can breed with the Krogans or something. Legion could meet the Vex. Cerberus could become a faction. The stranger could become a romance option. You know, things like that.
Or the Ebon Hawk that includes Darth Revan and some actual in-depth story.
