Teleporting pants?

They are all black with a grey smoke like design on the pant legs* You can teleport anywhere you see with these. But the teleportation is loud. So if you were planning for an element of surprise you should plan where you teleport accordingly. Use them well. But I need some kind of trade or payment first.
