This doesnt sound very exotic, it isn't very outside the box, it has no real flare to give it an edge, sorry if you think otherwise but the exotic perk is lackluster Just going off the name maybe the guns bullets deal damage equal to the health of your health percentage plus that of your opponent (I say percentage because health itself would be overpowered)
