.....supported by 100 spider tanks. I figured since you guys liked the space version of this post I'd make a ground version!
This isn't 1 enemy squad at a time like in the game, this is OPEN FIELD COMBAT. All these bastards are coming at you at the same time.
You get 1 [b][i][u]GROUND[/u][/i][/b] vehicle and 1 military unit as backup.
You are driving the vehicle and the military unit is limited to 100 of its best soldiers and they get NO VEHICLES so make them good!
They can be from any movie, game, book, show, or even real life!
Go.
[spoiler]my vehicle would be the monkeylord Spiderbot from supreme commander and my backup would be the Anubis Drones from Stargate SG1 [/spoiler]
Edit: I didn't think I would have to ban the Death Star for this one but I am. Bunch of chuckleheads.

Assuming things should be reasonably similar, the imperial land tank (the one that "rockets" is hiding in). I'm assuming by how big it is that'd it have some kinda crazy main gun and a whole lot of secondary weapons. Pretty sure it could splatter a spider tank anyway. And then 100 Spartan II s. Given that they can punch a wraith to death and spider tanks seem less armored, I'd be a massacre. As for the captains, they'd have to stay spread out to keep from being land tank fodder. That makes them easy prey for Spartan IIs. They probably wouldn't even need guns. Lol

For the ground vehicle, I'd choose an warmonger class titan (which can be outfitted with two primary weapons, and six secondary weapons, essentially its a giant twenty story tall weapons platform on robotic legs) outfitted with a hell storm cannon, plasma annihilater, inferno gun, melta cannon, Vulcan mega bolter, volcano cannon, Gatling blaster, and an apocalypse missile launcher. Oh, and numerous terminators will be sporting assault cannons, plasma cannons, and multi- meltas. None of the enemy would be left alive by the end of two minutes. The Titans armament has enough firepower to wipe out the enemy in less than a minute from a mile away, and the terminators can close that distance fairly quickly to mop up what's left, but I doubt there would be anything left after the Titans done. All from warhammer 40k

1 ReplyHmm... I'm gonna go with a catapult truck from borderlands, and screw 100 people, I only need 3. Goku, Vegita, and krillen. Battle plan, throw krillen from the catapult into the center of all of em, once they've torn him to pieces(because krillen that's why...) Goku will go into a super saiyan rage, and Vegita will run cleanup on the stragglers. I'll relax and watch.
