Go ahead and delete your guardians too then if its not a big deal. He's a bully and so are you. Why would you defend an adult who took advantage of a child? A naive child? No death threat here, just saying what he did was beyond douchebaging. No different than a grown ass lying man going up to a child at a park or mall, and manipulating him/her. My opinion is my right.
