Wait....
I had this amazing thought. What if that megamanexe4 (or whatever), isn't a hacker, doesn't work for bungie or anything of that sort. What if he's a time traveller from the future, here to give us what he [i]knows[/i] is coming next.

It was me. Or rather, will be me. I'm carefully writing down every RNG-based drop from all the video games, so that when I build my time machine in 2032, I can come back and spread the word to my fellow gamers. What's that? Hitler? Who is that? :)
