Oh yeah, well I earned my HOPF as my first exotic drop. Its a 130. I wouldn't be caught dead with 139 dicipline because I earn my stuff. Xur can stick that extra 9 points up his hidey hole. It was my superior skill that earned me my HOPF but screw the rng for the poor roll on the stats.Then again its was decent of the rng to give me a sweet drop, except I really deserved it. This game sucks except I'm so great at it so I will not stop playing it except to complain and feel entitled.
