There is a watered down version of Gjallahorn. It's called the hunger of Crota.

I wouldn't even call it watered down, being legendary it's quite useful when you need that exotic slot for another gun

Yeah. When I said watered down, I meant it's a lot like Gjallahorn, just doesn't have tracking cluster bombs.
