An Everstone is an item from the old Pokemon games, you give it to a Pokemon and it levels up and gets stronger, but won't evolve and I want my cyborg dragon to be small and cute but still be able to devastate :)
Oh and uh, Cyborg Dragon please.

I have a product called miracle grow(for dragons) that grows them 1 day. Check that out and I will come up with something to keep them small.
