Achievements
So I have a pice of exotic armor, The Heart of Praxic Fire, and I haven't gotten the Achievement for equipping a piece of exotic gear, I also haven't gotten the Achievement for having all Legendary or Exotic gear equipped.

Log out of your destiny profile (next to where our change characters in settings) then log back in. This updates your grimoire and achievements
